CORE THERAPEUTIC MASSAGE SERVICES
Swedish Massage
Swedish Massage one of the most common types of massage therapy. This type includes long, smooth strokes using light to medium pressure. Promotes relaxation.
Great for improving circulation, relieve muscle tension and reduce stress.
Deep Tissue Massage
Deep Tissue massage focuses on the deeper layers of muscles and fascia. Slow and firm pressure. Best for musculoskeletal issues, such as strains and injuries.
Neuromuscular Massage
Neuromuscular massage (AKA Trigger Point) provides alternating levels of pressure to specific areas. It is used for specific muscles in spasm (can be painful).
CHAIR MASSAGE (Seated massage)
Is ideal for public events, employee appreciation days, and for quick, on the go “tuneups”.
Massage is performed in a massage chair rather than on a table and is focused on the upper body. It does not require oil or massage cream application and can be performed over clothes.

Hot/Cold Therapy
- Uses hot and cold compresses by themselves or together for contrast.
- Great to add on to any service in order to encourage circulation to affected areas and speed up the healing process.
Strain/Counter Strain
Works to reduce pain and increase mobility.
Headache Treatment
The headache treatment utilizes techniques used to alleviate various headaches.
ALTERNATIVE HEALING TECHNIQUES
AROMATHERAPY– essential oils are added to the lotion used in massage. Enhances the massage by involving another sense. Can be used as an anti-spasmodic and treat certain conditions.
CUPPING THERAPY – Ancient form of alternative medicine. Cups are applied to the skin by a vacuum pump and left for several minutes. Alleviates pain, inflammation, promotes circulation and can be used as a type of deep-tissue massage.
SOUND BOWL HEALING – A Tibetan Singing bowl is placed on the body and is played. Used as a sound healing therapy to stimulate the energy level and mind by promoting the flow of energy through vibration.
